In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and driving our online marketing efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our social media efforts.,Create and manage social media ads and promotions to drive traffic and engagement to our website and other online channels.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our social media efforts, including reach, engagement, and conversions.,Assist in the development and implementation of our social media content calendar and editorial guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
