📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the development of HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
