📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures.,Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with maritime operations and logistics is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
