📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the distribution process.,Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and vendors.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and key metrics to senior management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving distribution efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
