📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead a team of quality control inspectors and provide guidance and support.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and patterns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met.,Provide training and development opportunities for the quality control team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a proven track record in leading quality control teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
