📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations including cash handling, inventory, and sales.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Monitor and report on cashier performance and sales data.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Comply with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Proven track record of customer service excellence.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
