📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care according to the needs of the patient and the hospital's policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the administration of medications as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and other team activities as required.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Registered Nurse (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.
