As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Write clear and concise instructions for customers and users,Edit and proofread documentation to ensure quality and consistency,Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English (written and spoken),Knowledge of coffee industry terminology and processes is a plus
