Indospec Asia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotating Equipment Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and reliability of our rotating equipment, which is critical to our operations. You will work closely with our engineering and maintenance teams to identify potential issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular inspections of rotating equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement a comprehensive inspection and maintenance program for rotating equipment.,Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures.,Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address equipment issues.,Monitor equipment performance and reliability to ensure it meets operational requirements.,Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in rotating equipment inspection and maintenance.,Certification as a Rotating Equipment Inspector (REI) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including API 610, API 653, and ASME PCC-2.,Proficient in using inspection equipment and software, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and vibration analysis software.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
