📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their career development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Certified Trainer with relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM-CP).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
