FORZA Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Process customer orders, transactions, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area, including restocking products and supplies as needed.,Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting stock and updating inventory records.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.,Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and sales systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
