📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales targets,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels,Organize and participate in store promotions and events,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns,Provide regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager and senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
