📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
