📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other customer-facing materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing topics,Manage documentation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong technical background and understanding of complex technical concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare,Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and XML,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong project management and organizational skills
