📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
