📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns, conducting exit interviews, and facilitating feedback sessions.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Provide support to the HR team in data analysis and reporting, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
