In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and mentor branch staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
