📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and individual performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or sales sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
