📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Oversee the accuracy and completeness of data entry processes, implementing quality control measures as needed.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data entry operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.,Monitor data entry performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Train and mentor team members on data entry best practices and new technologies or software.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the organization.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.,Resolve data entry-related issues and conflicts, providing guidance and support to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role, with a proven track record of leading a team.,Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Experience with data entry software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
