📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.,Conduct and supervise a variety of laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians on proper techniques and procedures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Document and report test results accurately and promptly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Manage laboratory inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on quality assurance.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.,Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
