📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain bakery equipment and machinery.,Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of bakery equipment.,Ensure all equipment is running efficiently and safely.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.,Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and machinery.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead projects.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
