🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
