📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized skincare and hair care consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Recommend and sell premium skincare and hair care products from our curated selection.
• Perform basic skincare and hair care treatments under the supervision of our estheticians and hair specialists.
• Manage client records and appointments using Reverie Beauty Management System.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in skincare and hair care.
• Promote our brand and services to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Certification in skincare or hair care, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of premium skincare and hair care products and brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Reverie Beauty Management System or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Passion for beauty and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
