📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea flavors with precision and creativity.
• Assist customers with ordering and ensure they receive the best experience possible.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and customer service goals.
• Learn and adapt to new menu items and promotions to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the store’s cash register.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a food or beverage setting.
• Familiarity with basic food preparation and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full-time hours.
