📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair café equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Ensure the smooth operation of café equipment by conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting any issues.
• Provide technical support and training to café staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with café partners to understand their specific needs and tailor equipment solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in equipment demonstrations and trade shows to showcase Excelso Multi Rasa’s products and services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for equipment maintenance and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Coffee Equipment Technician or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of café equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Familiarity with major brands of café equipment, such as La Marzocco, Rancilio, or Breville.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in coffee equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
