📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair technical issues with printing systems and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients' staff.
• Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
• Utilize tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.
• Keep detailed records of all service calls and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, particularly with printing systems and machinery.
• Certification in relevant technical areas, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.
• Proven experience with a wide range of printing equipment, including offset presses, digital printers, and related machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations in Bali.
