As a Dynamic Bartender at Boy N Cow, you'll be the heart of our cocktail program, crafting innovative and delicious drinks that delight our guests. You'll work closely with our head bartender to develop and refine our signature cocktails, ensuring that every drink is a masterpiece. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature drinks and specialty cocktails, using premium spirits and ingredients.
• Develop and refine cocktail recipes in collaboration with the head bartender, ensuring high-quality and innovative drinks.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and making them feel welcome in our vibrant and trendy venue.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and ensuring timely service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, attending workshops and training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and serve food and beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure that all supplies are ordered and restocked promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a strong background in crafting cocktails and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, as well as the ability to recommend and suggest drinks to guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build relationships.
• Familiarity with popular cocktail-making tools and techniques, such as shakers, jiggers, muddlers, and garnishing tools.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow the lead of the head bartender.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including some overnight shifts.
