📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for customer service and operations roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for our company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires during the onboarding process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment agencies and networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or customer service industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Taleo, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
