📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Manage accounts receivable, including collections and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using JNE’s internal systems and ERP software
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
