📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and supporting documents for all shipments.
• Monitor and manage customs clearance processes to ensure timely and efficient handling of goods.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or disputes related to customs clearance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customs activities and compliance.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistent application of customs policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customs clearance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs administration or a related role, preferably in international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with customs clearance software such as SAP Customs, C-TPAT, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
