📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Translate architectural concepts and technical requirements into precise, accurate drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project specifications.
• Review and approve drawings to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in architectural and technical design.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
• Ensure all drawings are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD drafting, with a strong portfolio of architectural and technical designs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and technical design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
